Learn More About Benjamin E. Fickel
I am Benjamin (Ben) Fickel. I am a lifelong resident of Logan, Ohio, and a proud graduate of Logan High School, class of 1996. My undergraduate studies were conducted at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, and Ohio University in Athens, where I graduated in 2001 with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and History Pre-Law, with a Certificate in Environmental Studies. I began working as a paralegal for a general practice Logan law firm where I gained seven years of real-life experience workIng on a wide variety of cases, including domestic relations, estates, adoptions, bankruptcies and more. I continued my legal education at Capital University Law School during my employment, receiving my Juris Doctor in May of 2009. From there, I was admitted to the Ohio Bar in November of 2009, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio in December of 2009, and the Arizona Bar in July of 2010. I am currently licensed to practice law in Ohio, United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and Arizona. I pledge to provide the assistance and respect that my clients deserve.
